History

As of January 2024, ITS GmbH has been acquired by Huseyin Gocer, one of the founders and owner of KARINCA Logistics. With this acquisition, Gocer aims to transform ITS GmbH into a global logistics solution partner for its customers and partners in the near future. Previously, ITS GmbH was founded by Dipl. Nevzat Ihrac, who has over 40 years of professional experience in the field of international transportation and logistics services. Since its establishment, it has partnered with KARINCA Logistics.
